Before you ring

Is there a call-out charge?
No. You pay for the work, agreed as a price before we start — not for us turning up and looking at it.
Can you come out today?
For a leak or no heating, we'll get to you the same day wherever we can. Booked work is usually within a few days.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, and you can ask for the registration number before we start any gas work. Anyone who won't give it shouldn't be touching your boiler.
Do you clear up afterwards?
Always. Old parts go with us, floors get covered before we start, and nothing gets left for you to deal with.
